Melissa M. Chen is a highly accomplished skincare expert with over 40 years of experience in the industry. She founded Esthetics International Group (EIG), which became the first skincare company to be publicly listed on Bursa Malaysia in 2004. Under her leadership, EIG grew to become one of Malaysia’s largest skincare trading and distribution companies, while also establishing over 700 beauty salons across Southeast Asia. As one of the early global distributors of Dermalogica, Melissa has trained thousands of therapists and played a pivotal role in shaping the region’s skincare landscape.

Driven by her passion for holistic, plant-based skincare solutions, Melissa embarked on a new journey by founding Melissachens High Performance Skincare. Her vision is to empower people to achieve long-lasting health and beauty naturally. With decades of dedication, research, and innovation, Melissa has become a respected figure in the skincare world, inspiring others with her belief that good health and beautiful skin are essential to living life to its fullest.
